All purchases made from this store must be for personal use only, and must not be resold for commercial benefit. If you wish to stock our product in your own store, please contact us.

We are committed to ensuring all of your personal information is kept safe and secure. All information collected is necessary in completing your order and will not be shared with any third party or outside organisations.
Payment information is not retained by this site. We also pride ourselves in not bombarding your email with advertising materials.
Shipping
We ship both Australia wide and Internationally with standard Australia Post.
Express shipping can be negotiated, but please remember that as most pieces are made to order, your order will still be subject to production times and possibly delays. Pieces that are made to order usually take no longer than 1-2 weeks, but occasionally can take up to 6 weeks due to high orders, and/or material delays. You will be contacted with updates on the timeframe of your order.
Australia wide Shipping from $10.
International Shipping from $40.
Shipping is determined by weight.
You will be emailed an automated message with your tracking number and tracking link once your order has been posted. All parcels are insured by Australia Post, and if your parcels gets lost, we will actively assist you in helping you locate said parcel, and/or make an insurance claim.
Please note that we are still experiencing shipping delays due to COVID-19.
We endeavour to pack our orders in recycled packaging.
Returns
If you are not happy with your purchase and believe it may be faulty, please get in contact to negotiate a return. Please note that only un-used or un-damaged items will be accepted. If the item you have purchased is made to order (including custom colour combinations) a refund will only be accepted if the item is faulty, not for a change of mind. You will need to provide a receipt as proof of purchase, and contact us with your wish for a refund within 1 week of receiving your order. As the customer, you will need to pay for shipping for the return of your order before the refund is processed.
If you want your faulty item exchanged, we will happily remake the piece for you, and post the new item back at no extra expense.
All of our products are hand made, each is unique and might look slightly different from the image you see on this website. Please keep this in mind when asking for a return.
